Bob's is a local greasy spoon. While the majority of the
food is fried...you can't eat there too often without
having to schedule an angioplasty. However, a couple of
times a month won't kill you. The waitstaff has been there
for years, and you are always greeted with a "Hello
honey!"; no matter who you are. The diner is situated next
to an old cemetary, so there is always great conversation
to be had during the meal. Bob's is incredibly cheap. You
can stuff your face with an omlet, spanish fries, a
pancake, and unlimited great coffee for under $6.00. The
breakfast specials start at $2.00. Much to the surprise of
the locals, the diner recently instilled a "No Smoking"
plicy. I, for one, thought this was a great idea.
