If New Jersey has one thing that's the envy of all other states, that would
have to be it's diners. There are over 600 diners packed into it's 7500
square miles, diners in every shape, color, and variety. At one end
of the spectrum, there's the glitzy modern mega diner with a 10 page menu
and wine list. At the other end, is the White Manna where there are no
tables or booths, only a small semi-circular counter which offers a superb
view of the short order cook and his transformation of globs of ground beef
into some of the finest burgers known to man.
